The actual criminal in this case was released from prison in 2020. However, bcz of the weird law, he returned to his original address, where the victim’s family continued to live. They asked the prosecution to move the criminal to another far region, but it was not accepted. Eventually the family left their hometown and moved to other city. I can’t believe the victim wasn’t protected by the law.
