Yes The shaman acted cuz Dongeun paid her, but being punished by God and falling down is not an act, but reality. I think it’s not about shamanism is real or not, I think the writer used it to scare Yeonjin and her mother and also to punish a little bit to the shaman at the same time. It’s just my opinion tho but hope this helps
