If you watch this show for the first time, the show is quite messy and you may think the guys are mean. The theme was changed like this just from ep 16. And the characteristics of talk shows were they put too much pressure on the guests. But they fixed it in next episodes. I hope you continue to watch it since later episodes are better. And the guests are happy to be on that show too.

It'll be better if you know about each member's facts. They talk and joke about each other alots on the show. If you want to know,I can explain some must know facts of each member. I will be better to watch if you understand them. ( if you watch the show in future). I recommend you to watch red velvet episodes ep 84 and 139.

I feel the same, for me, this show is often too chaotic and noisy x) But I still watch because of the guests 😁

This is pretty much the episode that lead to the Knowning Bros that we know today. They changed their format (to the school format, where the hosts are students in a class and the guests are exchange students) just a few episodes before Red Velvet's guesting and the show hadn't found its "groove" yet. The ratings were pretty bad and the show was about to be cancelled, but this episode (especially the later part, where they stage a hilarious skit with the hosts) got them amazing ratings and thus saved them. The girls even got called "legends" by the hosts in their second appearance! The later episodes are definitely better, but this one is simply iconic! Irene appeared alongside Shinee's Jonghyun a few months later, and the whole group came two more times (during Red Flavor and Power Up promotions). Joy appeared the most on the show (she also came with her Get It Beauty! co-hosts in 2019) and managed to always make a splash :D her amazing banter with Seo Jangjoon during their third appearance lead to her casting in his basketball show Handsome Tigers, which was a popular reality show that aired in the beginning of 2020.

Also the way they commented on wendy's and joy's bodies was very weird considering they got a lot of hate on their appearances(weight mainly) during dumb dumb era. Ugh thank god they changed their format

It's been awhile since I last saw this episode but I really think it's the back half that is the most memorable and the reason why they "saved" the show. There's a part where you learn more about the girl's personalities and the legendary skit.

The show in its earlier episodes (like this one) was famous for its blunt comedy and Heechul was on a roll with teasing the guests so much that there were memes made out of it :D . Those memes made the show very popular among the Younger generation and that's how this show became popular in Korea as episodes went on.

Yeah the cast members are over the top in most of their initial 100 episodes bcoz they were fighting for the ratings (or the show would've been shut down). So, I think they were doing everything possible to save the show no matter how outrageous it was :) ... Sooguen and Heechul were the main comedians who hard carried lot of episodes !
