Cindy is the name of her character in the kdrama, The Producers. She's a bitchy popstar with a hidden heart there hehehe. 23 is the title of Cindy's single in the drama. Fun fact: the main character in Its OK not to be OK is one of IU's Co stars in the drama :)

A cute and confident character who falls in love with Baek Seung-chan(Kim soo-hyun, the main character of 'It's Ok to Not Be Ok') and restores her innocent and bright original appearance. She also sings "Heart" on stage in this drama. IU said the dance practice was so hard.

This song “23” was performed by Cindy not IU. So you found the difference of her voice and facial expressions, right? Per my understanding, this song was not released and only performed in the drama. The lyrics still was written by her. Haha , please enjoy Cindy’s performance.

She actually performed this "23" live at her... I think it was her 7th anniversary fan meeting you can search it on YouTube. A fan posted it... There you will see her truly dance "innocently sexy" I might say coz you can see her shy and timid expressions... I love it. You can watch it for comparison coz the one you watch is the movie "version" so she's acting but at the fan meeting you'll get a different perspective I'm sure of it ☺️

SHE IS CINDY!!!! SHE IS NOT IU!!! Cindy is an idol,and she is kinda sexy,haughty and rebellious. And obviously,IU is not like that. First of all, IU is not idol,she is a singer!And also an actress and song writer!! You know,she writes lyrics by herself,the lyrics of her all songs,almost all written by herself,right?And she also compose her music sometimes.
