Nayeon is always guilty of something so I'm going with her, but with some doubts about Mina. Last chance for everyone to guess. I just wish JYP had taken the role of Na Gasu. That would have been priceless and totally in character for him.

I think it is ceo Lim and photographer Jeong. Director Kim is still sus. Remember I explained the possible scenario with ceo lim and photographer Jeong in last video in the comments. Remember, ceo lim and photographer Jeong got into a argument about raising her pay, but think about their motivation to kill. Both had money problems with na gasu. Now that I think about it, I know for sure that ceo lim and photographer Jeong met in the cafe. Maybe they discussed and hashed out their argument, but both was still angry at na gasu. The source of their argument w@s na gasu, so maybe they came to an agreement to kill him. Manager zhou is half right. She said photographer Jeong and director Kim killed him, but Sana is off my list for now. Both photographer Jeong and ceo lim was close with na gasu. Possible scenario: maybe ceo lim wrote the bloody message about I want you dead because you can’t be mine. Maybe na gasu got tired of her pressuring him about money, maybe na gasu was planning to leave the company or got signed to another company. Maybe ceo lim found out about it and if he left, she would be left in debt and the all that work was done for nothing. Remember ceo lim and director Kim we’re working together on the showcase, so it is possible that ceo lim knew about the maps, layouts, and secret passages and stole director kim book to look at them. Director Kim could also have the motivation to kill, maybe manager zhou was right. Maybe both ceo lim and director Kim killed na gasu because he was planning to leave the company so both the debt and showcase going to waste could be motivation.

I think Jihyo hid the evidence because she knew it pointed to her. At the time she had a lot of things pointing to her (like the marriage certificate, the resume, the note with the snacks) so she didn't want more at that exact time. She let others take the spot spot spotlight and then later offered up that evidence as if she just found it. That way she could play it off easier. I don't think Jihyo did it. I think it was Nayeon and Mina working together.

I feel like it's Jihyo and Nayeon working together. Nayeon seems way too worried whenever new evidence is found, plus she owed Na gasu so much money. And then jihyo has so much evidence pointing to her like the energy drink, the snacks she prepared for him, the marriage license, and the letter. And to me they both seem so quick to corner everyone else.
