Apink is one of the best 2nd gen girl groups! They hold the most number of wins for girl groups on music shows for their song "LUV". That was year 2014 and no one has topped that until now :)

Btw, that song was the start of their concept change. Their previous songs was more of "innocent/cute" concept. Their recent releases sounds "old-fashioned" just like you said since they're going for a more retro sound.

I had the same thoughts as you at first, like the song was alright but it really grew on over time. And the same happened with the follow up to this Eung Eung which is now one of my favourites.

Apink is a group I really like, they’ve been around since 2011 and I personally love almost all of their title tracks. They used to have a really innocent/cute image and sound, but since 2017 they changed to this retro/classy one. I’m so sick is my least favorite title since the concept change, but I still enjoy it a lot. Apink is an incredibly fun group on variety and they’re also really talented. Eunji especially is one of the best vocalists in girl groups. I’d say top 3 with no particular order is her, Hyolyn from Sistar and Luna from f(x) and that’s coming from someone whose favorite kpop idol is Taeyeon lol.
