i feel the same way. i’m mako biased myself and i feel like i’m sort of biased to her team but i truly feel like their teamwork was better. in my opinion i could see that they were enjoying themselves and you can see the hard work was paid off prior to the stage.

There's something about the Japanese language you probably don't know. It comes in two basic forms, women's speech and men's speech. That's why Sana sounds so cute. Japanese women are expected to speak in that high sweet tone she has and to pronounce words clearly and in a particular way that's pleasing to the ear. Japanese men never speak the way Sana does.

The fact that JYP wrote the debut song for 12 members gives a strong hint as to his thinking. In this competition he was primarily looking for whether they could accurately portray the color in the songs he wrote for them. He already knows they all have the required dance and vocal skills to debut. It's that elusive third thing he's looking for. The ability to bring out that mysterious idol quality that allows the performer to transform into a different person on stage. To become the character the song requires. I watch these kinds of shows just to see the first time that transformation takes place. As someone who is always the same, I am fascinated by people who can do that.

Well I didn't like the song of Maya's team, but it's not their fault of course. So I can't really say who did better even though I prefered Mako's team performance.
