namjoon did mention it in the first ep of the season, maybe you missed the caption but he said he stayed in NZ before for a few months for language school. can’t believe this season is over, will you be continuing with s2 next?

I think jungkook was sorry for both the car accident and the tattoo incidents , tbh the fans at that period of time gave him such a hard time and im sure he struggled emotionally so much and yet still managed to smile and joke on the show. It breaks my heart that he had to say “did i have the right to smile and joke?” . Some fans are toxic and they dont know how much their words impact a human being , especially jungkook whose such a caring and humble person who loves his fans💜 hope he still doesnt feel this way anymore💜

actually namjoon used to live in new zealand as what he mentioned in 2014 BTS [FESTA] he also talked about it in one of the episodes of this season of bv4. but he didn't mention the period of time he stayed in there , there is a lot of rumors about him living there for months which is not confirmed

About jungkook he also struggled with alot of rumors before shooting this season of bon voyage but I'm glad that he got to enjoy himself without thinking too much. And yea first was the car accident and then after that it was problems & rumors with his tattoo artist caused by toxic fans

Car accident happened a month after this trip. Jk was talking about his rumors in that interview. When bts were on the flight to New Zealand, haters spread rumors that he is dating with a tattooist and that his tattoos for bts and army is for her. They edited photos and fabricated dates as if jk and she had met consistently. Just a few hours after they left Korea, whole Korean internet exploded with his articles. Those haters are an organized group aimed at creating and spreading malicious rumors about bts. It spread so fast and largely in korea because bts was the only one who had nothing to do with big issues(dating, accicent, crime) among many famous idol groups. Until they came back to korea, internet was full of his articles that distorted what he did during the vacation. At that time, Every army were worried that he would not enjoy the trip..

Jungkook said sorry bc he was seen out with a female friend..And in korea idols arent suppose to date so bc of that there was a lot of korean media making it out to be a scandal and saying that they were dating..In korea idols aren "suppose" to date. Also he was seen getting his tattoos and in korea its looked down upon. So these 2 things happened around the same time. And some "fans" even got mad at the thought he could be dating and was sending hate to him and his female friend..And the korean media kinda made it worse by spreading these rumors and so on..This happened right before shooting bon voyage so im assuming he had all that in his mind when he was in bon voyage
