A reminder to piracy (Patreon)

Hey there. I always want to avoid this topic as best as I can, since I want this to be a pleasant experience and keep everything else out of the mix.

Instead of working, I had to spend about 4 hours changing links yesterday. Now a day later, one of us has leaked my things again. Leading me to lose up on sleep and probably a working-day tomorrow that I could've used to create something new. Not to mention the loss of inspiration, motivation and mental/physical health due to it.

I just wanted to remind everyone that while I do allow you to share a few of my pictures in a private setting with a friend? It will start hurting my art as soon as it is uploaded publicly. Not just the art itself is hurt, but it also hurts the artist in many many ways. If you do participate in leaking art out into the public, then I would kindly ask you to stop. All this is doing, is it is taking away precious things that the art that this person clearly enjoys desperately needs. And if it continues for yet another day, then I will be forced to only share individual links upon having them requested by you via DM's. That will make this entire site a lot more tedious to work with. And our current instant-access will change into waiting-times that people have to go through of 1-10 hours, since even I need to sleep and cannot answer messages 24/7. I would much prefer to keep things the way they are and not have this turn into a case of "One person ruined it for the many". While the donation to support my content is still given by that person that is doing this, the harm they do is much much greater than what they are positively contributing to the work we all come here to watch. It's also quite disrespectful to the artist. Me for my case, I often turn nights into days of figuring things out, working on things and getting projects done for you all to see. Seeing them robbed with Ill-intend is just a smack in the face.

If this piracy wave does not stop and I have to continue to turn creating-time into clean-up time? Then my patreon site will change in the way it works.
You will then have to send me a personal message with the name of the creations that you want. And I will respond as soon as I can to send you those links, that for now, had always been available in the description of the post. If those private and individual messages/Links will then pop up on a website? I know who to report as patreon does share a bit of Data to me about each patron that I will then pass on to the proper authorities, to get the bank-accounts frozen and for them to probably receive a legal-letter. All other patrons who do not publically leak my content don't have anything to worry about when it comes to this. Every message from that point on will be an individual one and the only messages,links and files that will then be leaked, would have been send to the person who has done it. So nobody else has anything to fear but the person causing harm.

As another reminder: Reuploading these post publicly is not joke. It harms the artist, the art, the content you enjoy.. AND it might harm the person who does the leaking too. If you get caught, there is a huge sum of money that is probably not a sum that many people are able to pay. Plus, there is always a risk that related-bank accounts will immediately be frozen. And those websites that try to tell you that you will be safe, will definitely raise their hands once you are in the shitter and they will definitely not help you or take any responsibility, even if they motivated you to do this or offered you the tools to do so. This all happends on your own risk. Not the website promoting you to leak your favorite content will be at risk, BUT YOU. So be very careful and maybe reconsider.

I will now spend the next 4 hours that I wanted to sleep to re-establish these links for a final time. If they get leaked again, I will inform everyone on how things will change and I will come up with a meaningful and as-comfortable-as-can-be solution. But unfortunately, nothing will be as comfortable for you, the viewer and supporter as it is right now.

I've said this years before and I will say it again. Don't hurt the art you love. It'll only help to destroy it in the long run.

To the rest of my patrons who are reading through this, who haven't done any leaking and who might be a bit surprised.. I wanted to thank you for supporting me. You made me be able to spend my nights creating these things that come from a deep passion and you are the reason on why my content expanded in quality and size as it did. Thank you for supporting me. And if you are reading this outside of Patreon wondering why the links are as always not working? Consider supporting me instead. You'll get to see it all. Without a bad feeling and without causing any bad feelings.

Also PS: Just to mention it again, even if the leaking should continue and if I will be forced to change to this much harder for you to get system? Be assured that these legal-consequences and the loss of a bank-account with all the money on it WILL NOT APPLY TO YOU. There is no way for you to accidentally be identified as one of the criminals as every message will have your own personal Videofile, Link and text. I understand that some people might be frightened by this. But rest assured that it will not happen to you if you are not participating in the public leaking of my content.
