Thank you all for participating in the theme poll! It's helping me quite a bit, and I'm finding it interesting.

The top performers are those who broke over 50 votes:

Taboo Relationships coming in with the most at 80. Character Development next with 64. Human Male/Anthro Female is interesting at 58. Straight Sex at 57. Human Female/Anthro Male strong at 56. Fertility focus has 54 votes.

I've only ever done one story before with a human male having sex with an anthro female, so it was interesting to me that people are pretty into seeing more of that. I actually have a small Cottonwine story germinating with that theme, but like most things Cottonwine, it has a serious streak to it. Cottonwine stories have never performed very well when offered as polling choices for the next comic project, so we'll see how that goes.

Things that got the least votes are those that didn't break 30:

Transexual Characters at 25. Domination Focus at 26. Nudism Themes at 28. And Sexual Rapaciousness at 28.

Most of these are no surprise. I imagine because a lot of these are neither here nor there as a story's primary focus. Transexuality is probably incidental to what a lot of people think about a character, Nudism sounds tame as a focus, and the other two seem equally incidental to much more important themes.

Thank you all again! Feel free to use this space to leave comment about the results, or discuss particulars about why you voted and more examples of what you love. It's your privilege.

I am actually surprised myself on the Human/Anthro votes. Wasn't sure how popular those ones got myself. I figured that's why Huckleberry Anne was gone so long. Taboo Relationships, never surprised at all. For me, incest all the way. Mai and Minh, Gen and Lynne. I know you you have said to me already, but I do still love Fisk and Lucy. But i will keep it down as you said you are done with those two. Still, cheers to you, Jay! Can't wait to see what comes next and good luck to you!

Incest is still a no-go per Patreon's rules. The prohibition was probably written with abusive relationships in mind, between older characters of authority taking advantage of younger ones, which I haven't drawn. But as long as the prohibition exists, I'm going to steer away from referring to even consenting adult siblings.

What a fight for third place! Maybe there's some ideas that can come out of those choices later on down the road.

Actually if I recall correctly while it wasn’t a full comic I recall Mary Anne talking about her brothers sexcapades briefly during Huckleberry Anne besides the one full comic you did. Wouldn’t mind seeing him again in a future comic in comparison to his sister Aside from finishing up Mistress Theresa (which I’m dying to see!) what is your idea for the male in Cottonwine about if I may ask? I believe as a Cottonwine fan (as it’s my fave of your 3 settings) that Original Life is just majorly popular with its silly and lighthearted themes with character development that can be somewhat relatable compared to your Fantasy world with serious themes. Not to mention as you see character development took the top spot both CW and LV have only a few characters compared to your vast cast in OL to properly develop on. I’m never too surprised when OL gets more votes then CW (or Lumpkinville) in the polls but I always hope a bit more for the latter 2 as those ones are delectable. Perhaps a poll on which of the 3 settings the steering committee likes the most in the future? Never did know officially where it stood.

I was certainly thinking about things like Gen and Lynne for the #1 result. As for Anthro/Human, I ticked both because I like both. I'm surprised fertility scored the "lowest", it was certainly my frontrunner.

Woo-hoo! Guy-in-the-back-shouting-suggestions FTW! Well, third place, but not bad. Especially considering its something that's only been done once. Thanks again Jay for listening!

I really need to remind myself to give Cottonwine a boost in these polls. I do like those stories a lot, but I find myself getting distracted by the other stuff.

I like the idea of human male/anthro female. There aren't too many artists who do this on a regular basis. I do know of one or two who do, though.
