I always interpreted the Italian chef episode, that Josuke was suspicious about Tonio and he kinda imagined all the bad things, he saw the bad in everything, while Okuyasu just had his best time in life. So even when Tonio looked evil, I think that's just how Josuke saw him. For a kinda fillerish episode (though it was in the manga), I really, really loved it. Loved your emotional personal story at the end of RHCP part 2.
