I think considering the few in class D that would give ayanakoji positive vote, the decent amount in his own class it doesnt add up. since the entire class B gave positive vote for ryuen, theres nothing there to assume ayanakoji got any from there. That leaves class A, i get the feeling sakajanagi told her classmates to vote for ayanakoji with the intention of putting him on the spotlight. basically blowing up his spot. I may be wrong tho.

I agree, I think Sakayanagi wanted to put Ayanokoji out there and make his class suspicious of him. I don't know how that would hurt him though, since he's on cool with the leading people in his class: Hirata(the Ichinose without the resources I guess) Horikita(Calm/Collected/Reasonable Leader) Karuizawa(kind of the girls spokesperson) And after this special test he's on good terms with the most influencial people in Class D and Class B, so even if it gets out to the other classes that he's the mastermind, i doubt they'd target him. Also Ayanokoji, throughout the entire show has always wanted to stay behind the scenes and lay low. He could have had Ibuki bribe the other classmates in Class D to give negative votes to Manabe and Positive votes to Ayanokoji with the spare 1Mil she had left over from Ryuen. And Ayanokoji not reacting to being No. 1 makes me think he planned it or seen it coming. This episode was too good!

ok so seem like saka put all the positive votes for ayanokouji and i wanna clarify a little why so u can keep reading it s not a spoiler but rather a conclusion from what i ve seen and hear too(ur choice if u wanna continue).................................................................................................................... they make Saka seem like the villain who only wants to harm Ayanokoji, but in reality, she's the one who most wants Ayanokoji to stay in school. Currently, it's her greatest amusement and the only thing that entertains her. That's why she would do anything to prevent Ayanokoji from being expelled in any way. All the challenges she poses to Ayanokoji are just for fun, and she doesn't actually want to harm him; she just wants to play with him. What's funniest is that Ayanokoji knows this perfectly well. That's why he's never shown any resentment towards Sakayanagi, and why he goes along with her without worrying too much about her. It even seems like Ayanokoji likes Sakayanagi's personality. Also, it's because in a way, Ayanokoji owes a favor to Sakayanagi's father, so he doesn't have anything against her. Yamaguchi's expulsion was actually all part of Sakayanagi's plan and had nothing to do with Ayanokoji. She wanted to expel Yamaguchi because in the early episodes of season 3, Yamaguchi bumped into Sakayanagi, causing her to fall, and he didn't apologize properly. From then on, she held a grudge against Yamaguchi and created that plan to expel him.
