everything that angstrom guy was saying, as far as his plan goes, the plan didn’t have any negatives fr towards anybody. his plan was to basically gather all the good information from each dimension and implement it all in each dimension 1 by 1, starting with the dimension he’s from ofc. still have no clue wat he gon do now since he’s pissed at mark but yea 😭 shit was a solid plan originally cecil really didnt need to make that call to stop it tbh, it’s just that nobody really knew the plan nor his intentions (as expected) so they felt it was a regular threat to take care of

I mean Cecil put the safty of Earth above all else. And this just looked like a threat, so he didn't risk it and wanted it destroyed. And I mean, technically the guy could say he does it all for the greater good, but as soon as he gets the power he could just reveal his real intentions which could be bad. But yeah, from his change in person it seems like he was sincere. But again, people from the outside can't be 100% sure about it.
