At the end Paul was surprised that Geese was looking for his (Paul's) family. That's why Geese was in the forest, and traveling in general. Geese was part of that Paul's old party like those groupies traveling with Roxy. They all saw Paul's post that Rudy missed. Steph, that skimpy outfit girl, I don't remember if it was in the anime but the reason she is dressed like that is because she's trying to get the attention of people in the surroundings so that the attention is off her sister, who is also in the Paul's new crew. The sister gets anxiety/trauma from being looked at for her body so she wears a cloak. The skimpyness dress girl is intentionally wearing that outfit to protect her sister.

Btw the girl wears revealing clothes on purpose! Her sister who is always with her has trouble with her appearances and some other stuff happened to her related to that in the past. The older sister took it upon herself to wear clothes that would take attention away from her younger sister as she wears full covering clothes to appear the least revealing. I wasnt really explained in the anime but thats the jist of it.
