Mel you gotta look at the bigger picture. Jessie was supposed to help deliver the drugs but he was high on drugs so walt had to do it himself. And it’s not necessarily picking money over the birth of his daughter. He has to pay 200,000 in surgery very soon and this is a one in a life time opportunity. The birth of his daughter doesn’t come close to that unfortunately

That is not true...He is choosing drugs over the birth of his daughter, he can make deals and make more drugs over n over. Seeing the birth of your child only literally happens once for that child. On top of it, what kind of father would prefer making drug deals then being supportive to his wife and born daughter?

False. It was already established if he misses this drop they won’t get him another chance. And with his surgery right around the corner he must make this drop and get the money. Without the surgery he won’t even be able to see his daughter turn 1 so simply missing her birth is irrelevant

i would agree with @Wallet if he didnt have cancer but he does and if you sacrifice it for a chance to live longer and see her grow up then might as well. But to be fair tho it was messed up how he didn't answer the call. Jessie, Walt and Skyler were terrible this episode like wtf

imo embezzling a little bit of cash from other businesses isn't nearly as bad as selling pounds and pounds of meth to communities and ruining peoples lives with addiction

Skyler isn't nearly bad as walt in this series tbh but she is defo not blameless like who the hell goes back to a business where they were "sexually harassed". Jessie letting his gf relapse was ridiculous but not all his fault just mostly. Walt messed up and is only getting worse (although we all wid it 😂) which is kinda crappy father material. But the most ridiculous person to me is skyler as she wasn't knowingly involved with anything before and still making ridiculous decisions. Even the reactors agree so im sorry to any skyler fans but she is still one of the most unlikeable characters in the whole franchise.

But the reality is Walt has to deliver those drugs to get the money to do the surgery. I don't think he has a choice in this scenario. He misses a birth but he will be potentially there for much longer in her life if he does the surgery. Either way the situation sucks

From my perspective Jesse isn’t the only one at fault for Jane to relapse. At the beginning he really wanted her to leave so she wouldn’t see him but then Jane alone standing there at the door thinking about it… and then so made her own terrible decision as an adult to go back to Jesse to smoke Meth although he said leave multiple times. Yeah even then he still could’ve said no, it definitely would’ve been the right thing to do. But she went back on her own decision and Jesse was also dumb enough to let her smoke the Meth… So i think they’re both at fault here kinda. I’m also a recovering addict and it’s definitely possible to say no, i was in similar situations a couple times but i just simple denied every time. Remembering why i quit and for who, trying to stay strong.

@bilkywaygalaxy My guy, what are you talking about? You can absolutely like something and not like an aspect of it. "Liking" something isn't some sort of club you apply to, it's how you feel. No external approval/disapproval changes that.
