Journal Entry #1 2023 (Patreon)

As I (Mel) think back on 2022 I can't help but feel incredibly grateful for all the blessings this year has brought us.

But, I can't ignore the fact that it also was one of the most difficult times of my life. I was suffering in silence with postpartum depression. It was new territory for me, I have never gone through depression before and it was something that I had to navigate through. Having to show up everyday for my family, friends and for you guys was challenging. 

But, I can now say I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Doing a lot of internal work and finding the beauty in the little things in life has been healing for me. 

And I want to personally thank each and everyone one of you guys for sticking around even though you guys had no idea what was going on behind the scenes. Sorry if on some videos I seemed off, I was just going through my own personal battles.

And I can not forget my biggest support system, Steph. He is always there to give me a shoulder to cry on and give me words of encouragement. He's truly a gem yall... <3

May 2023 be the best year yet for each and everyone of you. Praying for more blessings and healing this year for yall!
