I mean no its not the same thing. Oda usually takes breaks every 3 chapters and even if that wasn't the case the anime usually adapts less than half a chapter per episode so its way worse than reading the manga. I prefer the way they do it right now though which is watch a few episodes at a time.

ngl personally for me the anime has been boring the last 3 weeks i feel like this whole robin and brook fight just aint it i hope we get to see jimbei or sanji or luffy something else pls i really cant stand another week of just 11 minutes of flashbacks
