This episode was even better than 6 imo. And I swear to god there better be no spoilers in the comments I know hella people be tempted right now. The Quincy king is actually based of God. As in the one of Christianity and Judaism that’s why his name is so difficult. Cause it’s like the best effort of writing the name Jehovah in Japanese and maybe changing it a bit so it doesn’t blaspheme or something idk what’s against the rules when it comes to that. So it might be that when he calls ichigo his son he’s just referring to how all peoples are his children. The original gotei were never even in the manga we just got silhouettes. About a week ago kubo released a color page showing all of them for the first time. You could find it if you want but you might get spoiled searching for it. These are just theories we don’t have any info yet but people are predicting byakuya’s and yoruichi’s ancestors are among them. The dark skin dude is yoruichi’s ancestor and the hat guy is byakuya’s. But that’s just a guess. No proof yet. But it makes sense since they’re from the highest noble clans. So those guys would be the first of those clans.
