He is able to see Deku because of the Search quirk, since shigaraki has all for one now, he has all of all for ones quirks and search allows you to see other peoples locations and weaknesses, and the voices in his head is all for one speaking to shigaraki to get one for all

Not really. Deku uses multiple quirks while All Might only used punches. Also Deku is like 100x weaker than Prime Almight.

It is pretty simple. Endeavor doesn’t have to know that deku has the quirk “one for all” but he can assume that he has something to do with it since the main guy is looking for one for all and happens to be tracking deku…it’s not hard….

Watch the episode again…coming in the comments like you know smh shigaraki says “one for all” endeavor repeats “one for all” then shigaraki bolts and starts tracking deku…endeavor finds out he’s tracking deku. It’s not that hard man. I’m done talking about this, it ain’t that deep anyway.

He doesn't have a quirk that's stockpile he just means that he was stockpiling quirks(gathering a large stock of quirks).
