I love Garp, but then again, we share the same thoughts about him. I couldn't understand how you put duty above family like that. Ace, although is not his blood, still his grandson regardless. He's a family. A kid he nurtured way before Luffy. And he knew from the start how Ace felt about being who he is growing up. He knew that his grandsons are pirates but they're not necessarily a horrible people. Damn. Next eps, btw, i think u need to do 5 or maybe 4. Idk. ARRGGHH. So close.

Whoever told you Logia's were only elements didn't know what they were talking about. Logia's are, generally speaking, made of fluid materials. The difference between a logia and most paramecia that look like logia is that a logia can actually transform into that material, where as a paramecia can only secrete/produce it.

elements isn't a bad description most of them fit into elements or force of nature. Plenty of the logia fruits aren't liquid material (fire, light, lightning, darkness etc.) its ok to be vague about information, they can work out more on their own as they watch.

Ya, but I said fluid material, not liquid. A material doesn't need to be a liquid to flow. Ice can flow, for example. "Element" is a bad descriptor because the first logia we ever saw wasn't an element, he was smoke, and then it also leads to confusion because most logia we see after that aren't elements either.

You should clarify if you guys understand where garp is coming from he is a marine steph you were in the military you know how it is you follow orders you stop criminals pirates are criminals yes the world govt. Is corrupt as well but not all marines are like that most of them are trying to protect the world and their families. You have to remember the pirate crews are not like luffys they are not typical pirates almost all pirates are bad corrupt or evil they care for their crews but they pillage plunder attack innocents all the time like blackbeard attacking drum kingdom way back in choppers arc. Garp chose to serve his government and stop pirates he spent all his time and devotion to his career, he wanted to raise a strong marine family to protect people from pirates. I believe he tried with dragon and be abuse he failed he doubled down on luffy and ace... at the end of the day garp chose to be a marine ace and luffy chose to be pirates all parties know exactly what they chose and the consequences of those actions. I meanuffy declared war on the world government at enies lobby. He cant ignore the fact that ace and luffy are criminals that have hurt people. Luffy himself has killed countless marines and doesnt care. Dont let your bias for the main character stop you from see ign all sides of the battle.

I said marines are bad as well but in general the marines themselves are good people mostly the world government itself is corrupt to the core which makes it hard for regular navy... and luffy kills fodder marines all the time knocks em into the ocean or like anytime he uses gears on fodder they cant live through that for example coby was knocked out by a regular punch and he is an important character to the story these fodder characters dying left and right

exactly its expected the navy should have some heavy hitters that can counter against big threats, otherwise pirates would have been destroyed the navy.
