So it's confirmed that in the Sayian Slave Hierarchy, Videl and Caulifla sub to 18. But even Principal 18 has to answer to Superintendent Vados 😂 I wasn't expecting 18 to show up. Fantastic surprise. She's my favorite Anime girl.

well this confirms alternate reality where none of them have powers xD! As such, I am putting this on Gohan's time travelling hijinks messing with the timeline, or maybe a dragon ball wish to bring him to a universe where everyone is human, but it still just brings him pain and suffering.

I think 18 slightly passes Bulma. Here's my hierarchy. Vados/Angels- Only because Vados and her sisters are literally gods even in the Saiyan Slave universe. I think even the toughest women in the multiverse would have to kiss their feet if asked too. Vados also is almost always seen with a cruel smile. Meaning that she rarely loses her dominant composure. Vegeta, Goku, Gohan have all been forced to bow down to her. Not the biggest list but definitely impressive. Android 18- Probably the most simped over DBZ girl ever. She has never once subbed and is always on top. Her most famous slave is Vegeta which feels like it actually could have happened in the cannon. The Sayian Prince turns into her Saiyan Bitch when she pops off her boots. She's also enjoyed the humiliation of Chi-Chi, Gohan, Future Trunks and Krillin. She also seems like the most naturally dominant woman in the Dragon Ball verse. Like I could actually see her (Especially Future 18) just get fed up with whoever she's tormenting and just have them suck on her toes. And also Bulma clearly enlisted the help of 18 to assist her domination over Chi-Chi for a reason. She knows that having 18 on her side instead of having her potentially used against her is smart. If Bulma ever stiffed her on Pay, she'd be on her knees right next to Vegeta, licking 18's soles. Bulma- She's hot, she's a multi billionaire, and she likes having her feet licked. She's got it all. We've never seen her sub to anyone in the Sayian Slave verse. And her list of slaves is probably the biggest Gohan, Chi-Chi, Vegeta, Yamcha, Goku, Krillin and even Trunks. Only reason I've put her lower is because Bulma has always been portrayed as cowardly in the actual cannon. I feel like she doesn't mess with anyone who she can't control. Kefla- She definitely has an impressive slave list but unfortunately she only can last for an hour. Videl/Caulifla- I've decided to put them on the same tier because this comic kinda confirms their equals. Videl is kinda like the poster girl of Sayian Slave and Caulifla is one of the most popular girls in the verse. And this is the first time any of them have subbed to anyone. But they seem like they're both too emotional and hot headed. They're trying to prove how dominant they are and can't just exude dominance like Bulma, 18 and Vados can. But they're good bullies. Zangya- Not used too often but she's always on top. She also has some of the most creative foot worship photos. (I think her subbing to Android 18 would be amazing.) Mai- Again only someone we've seen a few times but is always dominant. She's been able to enslave Trunks and humiliate Goku Black. But She definitely would be Future Bulma's new Chi-Chi. Unless Future Chi-Chi still licks her soles. Bra- We've only seen her a few times but she's always on top. But I couldn't see her being anywhere near her mother's level yet. Erasa- Doms Gohan a lot but is terrified of Videl. Probably would be Videl's foot slave if Gohan didn't show up. She also seems to just play around with Gohan. Like she's probably the most loving of all the doms. She doesn't act as Videl's secondary slave, like Kale does for Caulifla. Kale- She helps Caulifla dom Gohan and Cabba but if not, she's usually kissing feet. Although she does seem to enjoy humiliating Cabba. Chi Chi- She sometimes doms Goku and that's about it. She subs to Bulma and 18 constantly and just seems like a broken woman. She's definitely the female punching bag of the verse. I feel like if 18 wasn't around, she might have eventually stood up for herself against Bulma. But 18 is around, which means Chi-Chi has had to get used to the taste of feet for awhile now.

I don't yet see the point of having A18 and Vados meet, but even though Videl and Caulifla are among my favorites, they are still too young and A18 has too much experience 😉

Unfortunately, this isn't the ending I have planned for this comic, but Gohan will likely have to deal with A18 again in the future!

Pretty much agree with all this. No one touches Vados. 18 could only be stopped by a goddess. Bulma's personality, smarts & money let her own women stronger than her. She may get one up on 18 once, but 18 would put her down afterwards. Videl & Caulifla are blossoming doms who are young & need to be shown they aren't as high up as they think. Pan is pretty dominant, but would likely fall to Videl & up. Same with Bra. Erasa & Kale are pretty submissive overall too. Zangya is probably on Bulma level, but more likely to have a run-in with 18.
