Focused on a rustic theme, Archaic brings a fresh and realistic look at the same time. With realistic and cartoony textures, it brings a new vibe, keeping the original colors of the game.

Archaic is made entirely digitally (no photogrammetry), using Substance Designer, with only inspirations from different real-life surfaces, to bring the textures a unique visual style.

You can use version for 1.19.3 on 1.19.4 without problems. We will directly update to 1.20 when it is released.

None of the passive mobs have been textured for me. Is that something that just hasn't been done yet or is that a bug on my end?

Not all the mobs have been textured yet. We make weekly updates with new textures.

So there's a common issue with loading the 1024x pack, and for me, I don't know if this is happening for other players, but it always says "Pack Failed to Load" or something along those lines, do you know If there's a fix to that, if so. Please let me know, thanks!

This is a problem caused by the method Minecraft uses to load textures, the texture atlas. This issue is more common on AMD graphics cards because they support a lower maximum resolution of a single texture when compared to Nvidia cards, for example. For now there is no definitive solution for this, as it is a problem with the game itself. The recommendation is to use a lower resource pack resolution, such as 512x512. https://www.designio.graphics/help

Well, the thing is somehow it works for me with the 1024x with SEUS PTGI HRR 2.1 and I use an intel GPU, and POM works as well, it's just weird how some things work, and some don't, but thank you for your help, and I will be adding new comments if I ever get another issue

Would love to see the rest of the tools given a Hd model. Even if you used the one from the other pack would be acceptable. Just sucks only sword and pickaxe have a custom look. Also the lava in Seus looks really terrible. Probably no way you guys can fix that. But it suck’s it’s the only shader swords are reflective on.

I will add some new items next week, thanks for the suggestion and support! The Archaic pack doesn't have a lava texture yet, so I don't know what texture you mean. However, our other resource pack ModernArch does. Are you referring to its texture?

No just the way the lighting looks for the lava in the shader pack you guys use. Like I said it’s most certainly not your fault. Just wish I could get the shiny armor and what not and pretty lava lighting at night. 😂

Oh that's because you didn't enable POM (Parallax Occlusion Mapping) in the shader settings. This option is disabled by default.

Hi, this is a known issue related to Optifine and non-textured blocks. The only way to fix it for now is to use Sodium or wait for the texture to be added in a future update.

No, as we do not have an estimated date of when the resource pack will be complete, but you will be notified with each update via Patreon and email.

Hello, to have the same results shown in the images you need the SEUS PTGI HRR shader (which is free and can be downloaded separately). Once you have the shader working in game you also need to enable Full Ray Tracing Reflections and Parallax Occlusion Mapping in the shader settings.

ok thanks, i installed it. but now i have another problem, the viewing distance of block details is very close, also there are artifacts above the grass, can i send you picture?

This is most likely related to your GPU's driver and/or control panel settings. What is your graphics card model? Try resetting the control panel settings to default and make sure the driver is updated to the latest version.

it's good I found the problem, you have to go in the shader parameters and in "surface" then increase the "texture LOD bias". anyway thank you for your help and your reactivity :)
