So for the BMG, I've finally got his pose locked down.  For D&D fans, Magnus is the equivalent of Elminster on steroids in the Grimdark universe so he's always chucking all sorts of insane 10th level spells that either obliterate everthing in warp fire, reshape reality or turn you into primordial slurry.  The only thing that can really shut him down are an army of blanks (i.e. anti magic field).  The point is, he's absolutely brimming with warp energy so my version reflects his (supposed) mastery of Grimdark magic.  BTW, I'm making a lot of variations because even I'm not sure what the final options are so this just me brainstorming.  I've included the more experimental WIPs in the usual location. But for now, I think I can include his pre and post heresy proxies in one fashion or the other.

For Karlach, I've got one pose ready to show.  I don't really think this is a spoiler but BG3 revolves heavily around Mind Flayers and their nefarious schemes (love the opening cinematic in the game BTW, that's the best depiction of a Mind Flayer I've ever seen).  So I thought it would be fun to show Karlach making Barbarian sushi. 😄 I've working on another pose where she goes full Rage Mode.  Time permitting, I also want to include a special diorama for that pose but that might be pushed back based on the schedule.

For the Death Dealer, I've got two version - one that's similar to his original depiction and one where's he's galloping straight into battle.  There's been community requests to include a blank shield so they can add their personal insignia which I can definitely do.

Still working on the Witch Hunter.  The community has suggested I give him a variety of weapon options so they can be used in multiple settings which I can definitely do.  I'm also working on a special variation that movie fans might like.
