 Pistachio... the Jinn of Duality! Master of the jail house. Acting as a judge, he passes his stern judgment on mankind for its sins. Pistachio would be the boss of the second dungeon!

 The earliest and only pieces of concept I have for him are.... these. That's why I consider this one entirely original! Does he have a second form? I'll make a second post for it!

 Let's begin the step-by-step, shall we? :))

> Sketch! Laying down some of the ideas down. His stern, menacing attitude is already present here!;

> More refined sketch! Here I already established some important things, like an idea of the pattern i could use for his clothes and a better sense of form for some of his outfit elements. Squares are his motif, and they are everywhere! Also his hand with three rings was hidden in the first picture, and that's an iconic thing I want all jinn to have besides a metallic speedo and a forehead gem, so i worked up a hand for him;

>A thing that I have noticed I haven't post before I think - but here's how my lineart looks at the start! I do it without any weight;

>Then i do a weight pass, where some lines turn thicker than other to give more depth to my drawing;

> COLOR SKETCH. Damn, these are so helpful, I would be so lost if i didn't do it this time. I have to make it a part of my process in all my pics!! Green and copper, black and white. Only contrasts in the jinn of duality!;

> Shadows! I love setting shadows down, it brings a cool 3D feel with it;

> And.... flats. Flats without shadows are just depressing..... After that, I went for the finished piece!
