Well, I decided to finish this off and made Ryusei! What a cool prompt, doing alternate costume for characters is always fun. You can explore a lot of things about them!

I documented the process again, and will be sharing here.... this time i separated the flats shivers as well!

>Ryusei is one tiny stocky boi! He's cute and amicable and I wanted to make that show in his pose....

> Sketching the outfits! He's meant to have like... a countryside dorky look. He always has gloves and glasses on him, but for the festival pic he went "naked" with those!

> Lineart!

> Shadows!! Some stuff, like his hair in the third option, I decide to leave as a blank to render later.

> This time I did a color sketchhhh....... it's the best thing to do as to not get overwhelmed. Doing on the go makes coherence difficult if you don't have that very strong mood on your mind's eye as to how the colors in the piece should look. And even then it's difficult...... plan ahead y'all!!

For Ryusei I wanted to make colors that appear on a flame, orange, red, blue and white.

> FLATS YUCK. I do admit it doesn't look ugly as usual here

> I also made a pattern exclusively for his 5th look! I messed up when coloring the square tiles but the results were very interesting, an error that really brought the pattern game up! I gotta learn from this nice blunder if I want to keep making more complex patterns tho. Here's the tile if you want to use it! It's meant to be like... a leaf....fire....thing!
