 Usually i share my training session that involves the whole body but today i'm sharing head ones!

 This one is actually a really fun practice to do, how about you try it too as well?

 There are idealized proportions for the head - pay attention to the "idealized" part though - these explain overall rules of proportions and how the face elements relate to one another, but it is important to remember that human beings comes in all shapes and forms. The one i relate to the most are Andrew Loomis's because it's so didactic.

 I honestly don't like using super equal parts to work out the face, it gives a very uncanny feeling somehow? After internalizing the proportions, play with them! Make one slightly bigger, a bit smaller or even comically larger! It's bound to pay off with super interesting results.
