I feel like this is fairly faithful to the games, one big difference i noticed is michael schmidt (as well as a few other names) in the games is actually an alias of Michael afton, The son of William afton, so while all the stuff about the yellow rabbit AKA "springtrap" is pretty faithful there are still changes. Of course this is just the tip of the FNaF iceberg that the lore video I watched features. Darn YouTube video took more than one sitting but it kept me intrigued.

The thing I love most about this movie is just the quality of the sets and animatronics. They really nailed the look and presentation. While there was a fair amount changed in the story to make it accessible for people who didn’t know the games it was still a fun ride. Honestly if you ever have the time diving into the lore from game theory’s videos can be very interesting.
