So I might not get a lot of time to work on furry smut this weekend.

If that turns out to be the case, I'll probably spend the time learning how to make a forest.

(I have a tutorial series that I am already half way though.)

But this did get me thinking, I do need to keep learning things as I go.

When I cant work on smut, I could put what I research to a vote. Right now its plaints. But after that, I have some much better ideas.

Facial animation is a BIG one.

I could also start working on a few internal scenes, add some nice new views to new animation.

I should learn more about substance painter.

Or even just work on a new character.

If you have an idea on where I should improve, I'm all ears!

Thanks for your support!

Having the mundanes around sure can get in the way of productivity, haha! Facial animation is indeed nice since it helps give the models life, but it could be pretty hefty endeavor and I'm sure it has its own learning curve. However, given your intuition with body language you'd probably take to it nicely Neither here nor there on internals, personally. They're interesting but often come across a bit simple/lifeless. Not familiar enough with Substance Painter to see what it might be able to do for you/you're able to do with it. You've got quite a nice stable of characters, but it sounded like the chunky lizard might have been near completion, if that still seems interesting. Sound is another big part of animation, but I know there are some animators that just aren't comfortable with it because it's such a different design space from visual. That'd another steep learning curve, I fear, though there might be people willing to share tips they've learned Regardless of this meandering post, whatever interests you most would probably be the best idea! Engagement with/Enjoyment of the material is a big part of learning, but we can't tell you what that is for you!

Hay thanks for the proper feedback! Sound is something I think I forgot to suggest, but sound is absolutely something I want to try. As well as facial animation, I hope you are right, and a can easily take to it. As for the chunky lizard, well. I ended up abandoning that project, I did it all on my laptop, but was uphappy with the final result. Then I forgot he existed. But If I can find him, I'll see if I cant bring him up to code on my main PC.
