Toph Heavy Part 3 - Chapter 3 - Page 3 (Patreon)

I'm back! This page is done finally! Let's have a little catch-up chat.

For starters, I have to apologize. I haven't done anything in the past couple of weeks. No Toph Heavy. No commissions. No nothing. I forced myself to go on a complete break from Dec 18. to Jan 2. It was necessary because I was starting to feel burnt out. I considered washing my hands of Toph Heavy Part 3 completely because of how much trouble I was having with the past couple of pages. I felt like I was wasting my time - wasting my life. The break was a good decision because now I feel recharged, and this render came relatively easily. 

The Holidays weren't great from a personal and emotional standpoint. Ya know the first year without a parent... but being away from drawing helped me realize how much I love making art and where I want to go with it.

Towards that end, I will make more original content at some point this year.  Do not worry, if you like what I've made so far with Toph Heavy then you'll like the original content. One of the things I'm going to do is repurpose the Adult Toph design into an OC. Of course, I'll make some changes to make her "legally distinct." Though I think she's already kinda there. I won't have to change much because my design is so divorced from what she looks like in either show. That will allow me to draw the character more and in different scenarios. Like... imagine her cosplaying as Morrigan or as Slave Leia from Return of the Jedi. Imagine her in a Dungeons and Dragons scenario or playing a game of laser tag. I think we can have a lot of fun with this design.

However, I'm not going to do any of that until I've finished Toph Heavy Part 3, and tomorrow I'm redrawing the final panel of Chapter 3 - Page 4.
