Comic books are weird and so is YouTube sometimes, but they grab your attention! So I figured I’d let Superman’s Pal Jimmy Olsen comics from the 1960s design the thumbnail for this video. It’s interesting to see how the same tactics that comic book artists used over 60 years ago to create eye-catching covers can be found in the best practices from popular YouTube channels in 2021.
