Out of the SNSD members, Tiffany (and former member Jessica) are American, so yeah lol. Taeyeon is pretty good at English; I wouldn't say she is fluent but she can hold a conversation. Sooyoung and Seohyun are both really good at English, but not 100% confident. Yuri, Yoona, Sunny and Hyoyeon all understand English, but they aren't super comfortable speaking it. But they know enough English to get by.

One of the song from Taeyeon's winter album is actually in full english, it's called the magic of christmas time. And she did a christmas concert so all of her christmas songs have a live performance. I personally would recommend the live performance of "shhh"
