I know it's weird, but the text on the album cover is actually Chinese and not Korean. I'm not the biggest BTS fan so I could be wrong, but I believe Steve Aoki was the main producer/writer for Truth Untold. I always admire how much they contribute to their work -- on top of contributing writing and production for many tracks, they do the vast majority of their dance moves and other things. It's always nice to see a group who can swap between so many genres too. Speaking of Boyz II Men, Shawn Stockton did a cover of Serendipity from Love Yourself: Her. Love to see you guys doing album reviews. If you do want to do another BTS one, I'd suggest Wings personally -- each member gets their own solo with their own style, as well as the full group songs.

Love Yourself series is a masterpiece! Like always BTS always give us a hint for their next series/album/theme since from their previous album. At the ending of FIRE MV, there is a sentence “Boys Meets WHAT” turn out that “what” means ... W: Wonder (Theme Video: “Euphoria” is like a prologue of the entire series) H: Her (1st Album of LYS series) A: Answer (Last Album) T: Tear (2nd Album of LYS Series) and the cover of album is a chinese character. and every album of this LYS series has a different chinese character . 🤯 so basically they already prepared or planning their storyline/theme from a looong looong before because Fire is a song from HYYH album (if i am not wrong)

In the album covers, the squiggly lines actually form a bigger picture. Like the album has 4 versions and each version has different shaped squiggly lines, so if you line up all 4 versions together, the squiggly lines sort of continue each other and form smeraldo flower which is a very important symbolism in the backstory of the songs. And if you put the love yourself her, Love yourself tear AND love yourself Answer too, you get a bigger picture. In Love yourself Her there are blooming flowers, in Love yourself tear the flowers are withering and breaking, in love yourself answer it goes on to form a heart. This is because they are all albums that come together to form a story and the different stages of the story is symbolised for each album in the design. Hmm I think my comment disappeared, I don't really know what happened lol But in case it got deleted, LY: Tear is personally my favorite BTS album (I especially love 134340 and Outro Tear), but BTS The Most Beautiful Moment in Life Pt2 and BTS Dark and Wild are also fan favorites. Since you guys are also hip hop heads, I think in the future it would be really interesting for you to listen to the rapline's mixtapes. You did mono, but RM also released one in 2015 titled "RM" that's quite a bit more aggressive than mono. It's on BTS' soundcloud except for track #7 "God Rap" which was a bonus track that can be found on youtube (there's a collab with Krizz Kaliko on there too which is cool since I know you guys like Strange Music). Agust D by Suga is also super amazing and J-hope released Hope World in 2018 as well.

Also you mentioned sales, and yes BTS is definitely the top selling group right now. They broke a 1995 record for the best selling Korean album ever with over 3.2 million copies in April alone.

Omg, this is my most favorite album of bts of all time. the rnb style, rich sounds and vocal line shines. I was hoping to get your reaction to most of those songs!! sad Anpanman is a performance fun song, they are having fun on the stage and they just explode mama in japan with it, turned it around to the concert (the performance of anpanman if you'd like to take a look https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qkLMPihvKaQ japan mama anpanman performance - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gT0Fo-30X_U) the song is actually about Japanese old superhero the only power of who was that he was made out of bread, so he went around giving the parts of his body to starving people around. so the meaning is -- i have nothing, but i will give you everything (?) i guess airplane pt 2 was made out of Airplane track from jhope mixtape, their main producer liked it so much, so he asked if they can transform it to something bigger. You have to check out their performance, it is very nice! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pN82EZiUkr4 cannot name any song as my fav, because I love most of them! thank you for your honest reactions and for being careful to details! it is interesting to watch!
