We have what appears to be artificially created low pressure that inspite of being smaller system harbor very high speed upper level winds, very organized eye, almost no water in these systems when they first pop up. Amazing how a system can stall out for two weeks and then in 49 hours move entirely out of the West pacific and into the bay of Alaska.
