One vote per patron and the character bonus will be applied after the poll has ended. The percentage bonuses will be taken from the total voter participation and added to the final poll results.

Stocking - Panty and Sotcking with Garterbelt ( +0%)

I will not be voting this round, but will be the decider if there is a tie after the bonus applied.

Rubim is dropping Panty (hah!) in Jan so Stocking is just a natural choice here - synchronicity is too good to pass up on
