Megumin WIP 005a, Charge Post Notification (Patreon)

I did not quite get to the details I mentioned in the previous update, but I got the main version mostly done! I adjusted her dress design a bit to make it more interesting than just stripes. The cape, eyes and hair still need a little more push and we are done. The alt version will be worked on through the weekend and I will be able to get to the expressions then.

I am planning to create a charge post at the end of this month and continue to work on the Megumin through half of the month of November.
