Tsukasa was injured protecting his sister from Hyoga. Remember Tsukaka was Hyoga’s biggest obstacle in building the world he saw fit (selection of the strongest), so he waited until Tsukasa had something (someone) to protect so he attacked the sister as a way to be able to land a hit. Then him and Senku beat Hyoga together. They pretty much made up by that point, especially after finding his sister and bringing her back to life.

It simple really no need to go to the moon. The space was pushed because of the Cold War. It would take news of China trying to build a moon base to send people to the moon.

Yeah, the moon landing will be hard to believe unless you went yourself. Or saw the flag from a powerful enough telescope. They say “the absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence” so I just go with it.
