yeah ha ha, it's about the kpop poll, where folks prefer i wait to listen to a kpop song so i can react to the video and song at once for the first time...previously i was listening to songs I like and reacting to the video if i liked the song.

Well you really captured the behind the scene difficulty haha. That’s why I stopped. But it’s more enjoyable for others to see my first reaction to hearing and seeing the video both for the same time. It’s basically an “industry standard” and what people are used to. But yea that does reduce my listening of songs in a genre i react to because now it’s treated like a show/movie reaction

To a degree I definitely understand wanting to see a true first time reaction to a song/music video of a kpop group or soloist. That being said though especially when it comes to you. You already do a lot as it is. You do reactions to animes, movies, kdramas and western tv shows. To add on doing first time reactions to kpop songs is to me asking too much.

Random rant, the idea of you following a format because of "industry standard" irks me. This is a reaction channel, the reaction is the primary thing, not the medium. I understand, it is a symbiotic relationship, and the audience has demands, but it pains me to see business decisions made this way. I saw you enjoying listening to Alien. I didn't listen to that song before, so you got me to listen to it for the first time. It was superior than to a "first time" listener who can't tell why they like it after just one listen. [sidebar, for those who think they are experts after a single listen, but have no professional music experience, you are the reason mumble rap exists] Music is a personal journey and identity, it's why there are so many edgelords (myself, unfortunately, included), it matters more than anything else we consume. I have continued to evolve after processing this all the feedback. I'm going to continue blind reactions to popular content i normally would never had listened to anyways, and I'll continue reacting to songs i found and liked and most of that will be solo, that way i can continue to share my joy and satisify what people are expecting from blind reactions...I don't think its unreasable for my to continue to listening to songs i like because there is too much songs for the gorup to react to anyways ha. I think everyone will win this way.
