Alot of stuff is coming back to me rewatching this season with you guys. I understand why some people (like Director) can't stand Love. While Joe is cleaning up after Love and protecting his family Love is bonding with and kissing the horny, barely in college neighbor.

Tatiana Gabrielle is gorgeous. She’s been in a lot of things - Uncharted (the movie), the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, the 100. She’s just great to watch both in terms of talent and looks. I can’t blame Joe for wanting her. I think you guys figured out where the threat is but you haven’t put it into words. Clearly the threat right now is both Love and Joe. Look at love and how chaotic she is. Where Joe is methodical - clumsy, often sloppy in execution but makes up for it in planning and cleanup, Love is pure emotion, lashing out without consideration and then immediately regretting the decision. Neither are faithful in their marriage. Joe’s wandering eye and disinterest in his wife caused her to let someone else in - which was inevitable, as Joe is incapable of actually loving one person. He’ll obsess until the next shiny thing shows up. Which will lead to someone dying either because Love finds out and mercs them or Joe grows bored and kills them.

I understand Joe’s debacle which tracks with Geil’s suicide, but parents can’t protect or stop their children from doing wrong cause that is the son’s decision. Sounds weird when you say it like that, but basically, you can give the best education, morals and principles to a kid and if they decide to do something bad, they’re gonna do it regardless of how they were parented, which is very sad… For me, I want my life to be as simple as possible with no drama, but most people don’t agree with my logic and “common sense”, lol.

The difference with what Joe has done and what Love has done is the fact that Joe didn’t have someone who knew that he was a murderer and the crazy things he was doing, so everything that he did was his own responsibility and he held himself accountable for that (most of the time, haha). Now, with Love, remember that the Quinn’s have people who handle their dirty business and that tracks with how she doesn’t take accountability for the killings she’s done. Last season she killed Delilah, which was insane, and it’s something Joe had done beforeso we can be hypocrites but how she handles the blame and shifts it to a collective thing instead of a “me” thing cause it’s her responsibility? Not good, but I wish more people understood where she gets it from the same way the same way we kinda understand why Joe does the things he does...
