I am a kdrama fanatic which means I have watched people react to this show plenty… however I must say most people miss the mark when it comes to understanding the complexity of all these characters. It is a pleasure watching you guys discerning everything and not missing a beat, love that about this channel. Finally reactors that really see it for what it is a groundbreaking story. Nicely said. Yes the reaction is dope but also the intro and outro. They talk through stuff, analyze characters, come up with theories (the show/anime will reveal}, then they go down a rabbit whole talking about random topics like milk and I'm laughing and I'm like you guys were spittin' 2 mins ago. 🤣

My ADHD can't focus, too much going on. A lot of channels use intro/outro music, and I never liked it for those channels either. But since other channels also do it, maybe it's popular? I have no idea what people like nowadays so who knows lol. I've trained myself to try to ignore it, otherwise I'll never be able to watch anything on youtube LOL

You know...before this channel/patreon I wasnt a kdrama fan. Thought it seemed corny, but I have watched probably the last three or four shows yall have covered...Ive been converted lol. Also I know yall covered it at the end but I wanted to add to Director's argument. IMO this world isnt made for the kind. Righteous people like adorkable dont exist in troves, and the ones that do, struggle to practice what the preach so to speak. From what ive witnessed majority of the world are selfish and will do whatever they need to get an advantage, no matter how small. Teaching someone to be good for goodness sake feels like sending them into the world with one hand tied behind their back. I realize its kind of a slippery slope of a mentality to have, because if no one is good, this world would be even more terrible. buttt idk...

I watched this drama when it came out and I enjoyed it very much, so I love that you guys are reacting to it! I don’t remember everything piece by piece, but there is a character that I truly didn’t like. I’ll see if watching you guys react to it and discern the show may warm them up to me more, but I doubt it, lol. It’s not a bad character per se, but this person is so insufferable and a push-over… I’ll share my thoughts in later episodes, haha.

Btw when Saeroyi mentioned a statute of limitation - he was talking about the fact that South Korea used to have a 15-year statute of limitation on murder. Most countries don't have a statute of limitation on murder though

Genuine question to anyone, obviously saeroyi is in too deep now, but is he TOO prideful? (if there’s such a thing) 😭 any interaction he has with authority / power so far seems like if he just bent the knee his life would be on a different trajectory.

Thanks, that is interesting, I did not know that lesser charges like second degree murder still had an expiry – personally that is crazy to me, I don't think there should be time limits on charges like that.

Im kinda glad she called the cops honestly. Which means she's pretty much off the list of women MC would end up with. It's usually a guy who takes on this kind of role, but im glad its a woman this time. It's usually a guy who is in love with the female MC, before she meets male MC. It's usually a very logical person too. I can guess where this is going. She's probably going to be his enemy or direct competition at one point, and then at the very end she will have a change of heart and help him, but they won't end up together anymore.
