I think y'all were a bit confused at the end there. The guy inheriting the golf course, Jae Joon (the colorblind dude) has nothing to do with the old man she was blackmailing. The old man (Kim Shin Tae) nailing his driver is the chairman of the school she wants to work at, so she used the fact that he'll split the inheritance meant for his son with his secret lover as leverage to make him hire her.

Niiiice. Yea. We honestly didn’t plan to finish so fast but it was pretty addicting lol. So despite itself release schedule we went all in the first week we started lol. Probably one of the more addicting K drams ever for me. Not necessarily saying its the best or my favorite but you cant stop lol and it doesn’t drag at all

Regarding how she makes money: she's been tutoring rich kids. The reason its illegal for teachers to tutor is because they have access to what questions are going to be on national standardized tests, and even answer sheets. So you can imagine how much she would have made on the side. And if you remember, she had black mailed the mother of the rich brat who sexually harassed her. She probably had a lot of students like that.
