The city destroyed in season 5 was Deika; the city Shiggy took out this time was Jaku. He's bodied two cities so far.

Correction Lee, he didn’t do everything right. He could have moved Shigaraki, aware from anything electrical. They were told he need the electricity to revive. If he didn’t hear that, it still would have be wise to move him since his heart wasn’t beating.

IMO X - less killed everyone. Destroying it is what caused the spark that woke shigaraki and then he didnt shoot him before he got killed, but i doubt that would have mattered

Deku first thought it was a strong shockwave destroying things. So he used his own shockwave attack to counter it. When it had zero effect, he realised it isn't a shockwave. It's decay.

One other thing the city isn’t the same one from last season. The city last season was the one from the My Villain Academia. He Destroyed the city fighting Re-destro and awakening his quirk. It’s how they learned about his quirk becoming more power, just not the scope of it.

I honestly felt that he let is guard down. Which is fair because there wasn’t a heart beat. However, at least take him to where Eraser can watch him. He was their strongest weapon against the villain. It is a good scene though because the good guys always get lucky. Let the villains have some luck on their side.

That was all for one in shigaraki's head whenever he started having headaches. He says "I" twice in a row but that is definitely his voice. Also Geten (the ice dude) is the guy who was fighting with dabi when the whole my villain academia arc was going on. The ice dude had a couple of flashy moments but since the arc didn't focus much on Dabi the ice guy didn't get all that much attention so some reactors I have noticed have just forgotten or misremembered him. He wasn't all that prominent but other reactors got it confused with todoroki too but todoroki is with the evacuation squad in the city.

from the post discussion, this is not the same event from sesaon 5 when shig destroyed another city. Shiggy and the league showed up to Deika City and fought the paranormal liberation front and took control. Deku remembered seeing it on the news. This time they were in Jaku so that makes 2 cities now flattened by Shiggy.

Nah, there’s nothing to suggest that spark was caused by x less, there was an exposed wire, destroying a machine wouldn’t make it any more dangerous to come into contact with liquid

I doubt him shooting Shigaraki would have done shit, like the dr Eggman said, All For One already handed his OG Quirk to Shigaraki (and kept himself a duplicate of it), so Shiggie should have a regen Quirk or few in there already

I wouldn't think too much into this. This is classical anime plot armor. The live wire was already exposed before he shot the machine, he was standing in the same pond of liquid that shocked shigaraki but didn't shock him, also normal AEDs use up to 1000 volts to normalize the heartbeat yet a simple live wire was able to do it... At this point you might have move him and any little static shock made by his cloths would have revived Shigaraki.

Also the no telling if the Nomu had a power to revive him. However, just feels like he was put there to die and not do anything. The same outcome could have been achieved without him being there.

Man that animation with endeavor is so cherry, really hypes me up to see what studio bones can do with him this season. Shigaraki's ass is back, really wanna see his Akira looking ass get put down.
