I'm glad that we are all on a week to week viewing of Overlord. When we all don't know what could be happening and it can be really fun hearing what everyone thinks. You do know the people that Ainz and Albetlo were talking about. One was the dog face maid and the other you'll see later. There are Dark elves in this world and Ainz was thinking of taking the kids there. That's also why he was talking about elves and half elves.

Pestonya is that maid with the dog head. Nigredo is Albedo's sister but they'll probably never show her since they cut out characters that don't affect the story much. They don't explain in the anime how Ainz managed to convince albedo to release both, but in the novel it was explained that the reason all the people kidnapped by the demiurge was to be killed, even the young children was to prevent information about Nazarick controlling behind the scenes to leak out. Rubedo and Pestonya saved infants "who can't have memories" so they were technically not disobeying his command. Ainz didn't want to punish the creations of his friends, but he didn't want to deny the loyalty of those who obeyed him so he didn't just order them to release both and had to come up with an excuse to release them.

These are litteraly the strongest (defensive) Angels there are. Fking guardians of Gates of Heaven itself. I was so hyped to finally see them animated...and we got some re-colored trash mobs:(

13:08 & 24:38 Those are the Eight Edge Assassins. A group of them guard Ainz. They made an appearance last season when Albedo tried to jump on bone daddy's bone. They react to danger towards Ainz.

I looked into why he's wearing a lip bug now, but apparently it's so that he can change his voice to suit whatever is needed for the situation. Like for when he needs to sound inspiring, believable, confident, intimidating. It's to supplement his acting. Like how he used it in negotiating with Ainzach. Also a good question that arose in the last part of the episode. Are you willing to give up all your rights, your freedom, your life to one person, if it meant living in a utopia? Or would you rather suffer but be free at the same time?

Pestonya and Nigredo are the dog maid and Albedo's sister that's not in the anime so far. I guess this got left out and brushed over for the anime.

I really want to see how Ainz chooses to train Winry and Nphy; he mentioned wanting training in kingcraft from someone with a leadership or ruler class early on so I'd love to see how OP Winry could get if she becomes the Goblin Queen; not to mention she'd make a great figurehead and ally for trying to bridge the gap between humans and non-humans. Honestly I think she'd get way more out of a few levels of a ruler class than Ainz would since he isn't a leader like Winry, he's a commander and his subordinates are just the ultimate followers. lol
