Man yall wild with that take on the Tory fight, it wasn't as cut and dry as yall said. The thing we know for sure is they're both the top students at cobra kai, and their only real shot at winning the tournament.

At this point in time the top students are for sure hawk, Miguel, robby, Sam, and Tory. Honestly on any given day any one of them could come out on top.

personally i never like tory jus cuz she started eveything in szn 2. like we all expected sam to apologize for what she started but she did it the following szn. Tory never apologized for starting a gang fight. I also wanna say i dont get how sam had ptsd from tory considering she has never lost to her anytime they fought

Yeah Tory is definitely one sided all the way. Her mindset is fixed on one perspective route it's toxic. She literally has to be beaten in order for her to have a different opinion lol. Plus accepting the fact she's taking L's as they come. But for the sake of the story yeah she's getting screen time and her involvement somehow adds progress to the story.

Sam's PSTD seems to be rooted in the side effects of fighting Tory, not the outcome. She said that confronting Tory makes her remember Miguel falling again. Plus, she has a physical scar (maybe permanent?) from the last fight, so she probably thinks it can get worse given what Tory has done to her before. She's not afraid she'll lose. She's afraid that she or her friends will get hurt to the point where it doesn't matter who won.

Dont get me wrong she gets better in s4 but she has some crazy ass moments

Robby is a beast. I’m sick of the show low key sleeping on him because he’s in opposition to people like Miguel or Hawk. He’s imo the best younger character. Notice my boy never laid one finger on Tory before taking her down. It was all blocking which to me proves Cobra Kai fails big time on teaching any defense. Sure they can fight but their D sucks. Robby really could’ve done damage if he served Tory the same kinda ass whooping he gave to Kyler and crew. Tory would’ve never been capable of getting the cheap kick off in the first place and she knew it. 😂
