RRR India Patreons? (Patreon)

Does the country of India allow access to patreon? Sounds like an odd question but i deal with people having trouble due to location.....for example...if you live in Russia you may have trouble accessing content...extremem example i know...but thats just quick method for folks to know... One of my editors suggested this movie reaction...he's from India lol...he'd happily edit it.   (this is not a time to tell me not to react to this movie....)

I do follow global politics as my hobby.  (side note...i love Air Craft carriers and Fighter Jet videos lol)
