Nice episode, and you haven't seen anything yet with elf woman =). What is wrong with Rudeus inner voice? It's basically the same as in Overlord, it's person from our land inner voice and then you have his talking voice. It's part of the story as he still doesn't see himself as fully Rudeus and his new life. I am trying to say he hasn't got over his past life.

the reason i said that about it being season 2 now since it got delyed is because its directly from the officialwebsite run by the promotors at the studio that actually make the series, not a streming service that only buys rights to air it. the direct translation says season and not cour now. at the end of the day its not a big deal since usully people just say the episode number

Yeah always was happy to see Rujerd kill those slavers. Rudy, Rujerd, and Eris all being separated makes me nervous especially since Rudy is the talker of the party and the other two are meat heads.

Yeah I can see that, but whatever Rudeus pervert he is. I like that this story keeps it real, there would be no point for us to hear his kid voice when he is thinking by himself. It is what it is and in the end it's just a fiction story no point taking this too seriously in those aspects.

You guys really missed that prison scene, First, the beast girl who died. She slapped around, hit with a blunt object, and then the bandit/smuggler pulled his sword and cut her deeply/stabbed her (if you listen to the sounds that's what I got from it). now the important one. If you remember earlier on when they first got together, Rujierd (forget the spelling) insta killed one of the pet thieves and caused a TON of trouble for the party. From that moment on it was decided that before Rujierd would take actions he would run it by the team (aka Rudy) (which is also why "Kennel Master" is his title). Rudy has messed up with holding back his "dogs" , causing a kid to get killed earlier who could have been saved. From that point on Rudy and gain decided everyone gets some decision making in the group (weekly meetings). So skip to present. Rujierd has stupid good senses, like he knew how many people were in that smugglers den, where, and the state they were in, so when the girl died, he already knew. (His forehead /third eye. explained earlier this season). Ruijerd was telling Rudy that those people deserved to die and that the girls were the only "material" worth "liberating" (what they agreed to do for smuggling him across the sea). Aka that they HAD to free them. Rudy realized quick that the only way that would happen was violence, he tried to think of another way but fell short, so he was resolving himself to murder (something he STILL hasn't done in this show). Rudy doesn't want to kill (again explained earlier this season). It's not that he's naruto or anything, It's just He's from Japan, and violence is wrong is instilled in him from his previous life, its like a mental block, so when the situation presents itself he has a phobia towards it (which btw he is willing to over come, as you saw with him tightening his fist and finding his resolve. Ruijerd knows all of the above (cept for the other life part). And JUST LIKE THE BLACKMAILING HORSE drama, Ruijerd saw that Rudy was ready and willing to destroy everything even at the cost of not being okay with it. And Ruijerd stepped in and said "Bro you don't have to do shit, not even untie me, you aren't responsible for what comes next in any way, I wont even let you free me, I'll free myself, you just worry about the kids and Eris." There-forth removing the stress from Rudy altogether. TL:DR - Rudy struggles with killing but was about to do a rampage if he had to. Ruijerd said it's okay I got this. Both parties understood that the smugglers had to die.

Yeah I think you’ve forgotten abit of Rujierds moral problems. He was an absolutist before Rudy meaning he’d probably kill you for shoplifting. All crime was completely reprehensible to him with no real gradient to it.

I once jay walked because my grandmother was being mugged across the street, turns out Rujierd was in the area. I only have one leg now and everyone else is dead, The muggers, my grandmother for causing a public disturbance and noise complaints. :/
