I know I am watching all of these late but I think the sister complex thing is overplayed to a point to where it is super creepy. Incest is a thing. Japanese people have a weird thing where I think I heard at one point that they are fine as a society to where people can marry their cousins. Not necessarily the immediate family like brothers or sisters but cousins. I think it is alright in a certain way but 2nd cousin or better would be a better thing to think about. Further out in the family relations is better. It isn't even about the placement or anything but more so the blood relations. The closer you are in blood is what really makes problems come up like deformation of offspring. But besides that I liked to think that his sister complex was just him really really liking his sister in the cuteness overload and brotherly love kind of thing. The nose bleed and anemia thing is just something that makes it all the more weird compared to what it could be which is just brotherly love turned up to 100. You can have a sister complex where you just are a really weirdly attached sibling and it be fine but the combo of everything that is shown in here just makes it seem like its some sort of fetish and obsession. The fact the sister is her age is what makes it the worst part in my opinion. It wouldn't be as bad looking if she wasn't so young.
