What Salim was trying is how it works. Grimoires are just books with spells, They can be stolen or destroyed. The Guy who asta fought in the beginning to get his grimoire was also trying to steal Yuno's 4 leaf clover grimoire. Those are rare and go for a lot on the black market. Dope vid as always

Magic Knights get paid based on rank, not squad. Yuno and Asta currently make the same. Asta sent nearly all of his pay, keeping only a tiny amount for himself. Yuno probably sent half his pay and kept half for himself. Hearing asta sent most of his pay, Yuno wanting to win declared he would send all of it from here on out. No one is robbing Yuno's pay, Yuno was just more frugal with his charity

Yes, Klaus has his class issues, but I think despite that, he trust Vangeance not choose someone unworthy. I think all of that being a dick to Yuno was just him seeing if Yuno lived up to Klaus' stereotyped expectations, as well as the sort of hazing any recruit shuld expect when joining an elite paramilitary organization.
