Do you care about comments. Some of the 12 -24 episode animes are easier to just forget the history and do a fresh upload on patreon   instead of replacing the links with a 3rd party host.

I don't think all to many people go back and read the comments of old videos. and new viewers don't know what the old comments were anyway. I think you will save a lot of time and effort if you just let them be. Not worth it, i would say.
