I think you were right Lee about the Lieutenant having a thing for Maki. He seems like he might be autistic though, which is why he appears so awkward... On a side note, I did not like what they did to Sho this episode. Really rubbed me the wrong way. I hope they at least give him a chance to get some payback for that in the future.
