Best girls for me Is Honoka and Miyuki easily I fight anyone XD, but Erika is awesome. I do believe that when Saegusa talked about the "Exam" it involes the movie, And can I say that I feel so sorry for Miyuki in that scene, I mean we have known that she loves her brother and that´s why she always tries to put him forward so that everybody else can see it, but when it comes to the more akward situations she have explained it away with being siblings but this time she actually catch herself saying that she wished he was not her brother and the expression she has after that says it all..And like you said that her feelings are getting the better of her..

You are correct I got confused there by the dates and the fact the movie came out after S1 and before S2 but the movie events takes place after S2 XD I was too tired when I wrote that comment..
